    Greetings,

I have a Remington Model 700 SPS Tactical AAC-SD in .308 Win. I recently purchased the TAC-21 chassis from MDT and am trying to install the chassis.

The problem I have right now is the action does not fit in the action housing. I purchased the Short Action chassis and have seen other SPS Tactical rifles with this chassis. It seems the action is too thick for the housing. Has anyone encountered this issue? I have submitted an inquiry to MDT and am awaiting a response.

I forgot to remove screws on the top of the action. My apologies.

I am using the Magpul ACS stock and MIAD grip. I will eventually upgrade to a PRS stock.

Plenty of pics will be coming, right now the sun provides a nasty glare.
