If you have a 1:11 - 1:10 twist, take a good look at the 175 TMK's from Sierra, the 178 gr A-Max from Hornady, or some 185 gr OTM's (or Juggernauts) from Berger.
These bullets have shown their ability to resist wind effects quite well and if you load them "long" you can get enough room for powder in the case to send them on their way fast enough to "break the wind" even better.
Much of this will depend your actual rifle but my experience with both factory barrels and customs, with custom chambers, the three bullets above are pretty much a good bet.
If you aren't a reloader, just look for good ammo (Fed Gold Medal Match, Black Hills, etc) that uses the Sierra 175 SMK bullet. It's not quite as good as the new TMK but has been more than adequate for lots of shooters that have taken home trophies using factory ammo at LR matches.
