What Brand Stanless Steel Replacement Barrel

I've got a 1993 VS 220 Swift rifle with an aftermarket 24" SS barrel. The finish is unique as it looks almost like "cracked ice". I just got this rifle so I don't know the history of when the barrel was replaced but it's still in prime condition. Replies or PMs appreciated if you can help me out with this.

Most barrel makers stamp the caliber and some even the twist. I have never seen that finish as a standard finish on any of the custom barrels that I have purchased. Might have been done by the smith. What is the twist and how many lands and groves? The 220 Swift is a great cartridge but it will SWIFTly wear out a barrel. Any idea of the round count?
