    Night vision/thermal scopes

I'm getting conflicting reports, I've been told both the night vision scopes are prohibited and. Not prohibited at the same time I've been told thermal scopes are all good. Any clarifications on this?

Probably depends on the intended use. I would get a copy of your states Firearms laws and see what you can find.

I suspect you are in reference to hunting limitations. These should be listed under your state’s regulations for hunting restrictions.
