    When you fire the case is going to expand. So a little harder to close the bolt is normal as long as not too hard to extract or put a new one in that is neck sized only. The OLD way of precision reloading was to fire to the chamber size want then neck size only. The current accepted way it to Fire 3 Cases at least three times in your chamber and then order a custom full length size die so you can bump the shoulder back slightly and size the body and the neck.

    There are a number of Custom FL Resizing Die manufactures. I send three cases that have each been fired three times, to Whidden along with the reamer print for my chamber and have custom dies made. Another way is to get a die body from a company such as Wilson and have your gunsmith make you a die with your specific reamer.
