    Trigger Tech or others?

Looking at a drop in upgrade trigger on a 700 AAC-SD in 308. I've read some people's accounts of very positive experience with them. Only one or two individuals that had negative things to say.

I'm thinking of the trigger tech special. I know people have about BnA. Also they Timney units as well.

Overall goal is longer range shooting for pleasure as well as still utilizing it for hunting periodically. No need for 2oz bench rest setups in my opinion.

    Thanks in advance.

I have no experience with trigger tech,I’ve had one Jewel trigger and the rest have been Timneys .
I shoot my aac-sd out to 600 yrds, and use it for posting in hunting situations.its a Timney 510 set at about 2 lbs,and works great for me.

I only use four triggers depending on how I am going to shoot.
Bigs N Andy on my long range benchrest rifles
Jewel on my other Benchrest rifles and F Class
    Normal Timney on Hunting Rifles
Timney Calvin Elite on my long range hunting rifles

Timney 510 is more than adequate for your use. Nothing against the others mentioned.
