    I have a new 200 Year Anniversary Limited Addition Model 700. I am trying to put a Zeiss 50 MM scope on it, but it won't clear the rear iron sight. I removed the two screws for the rear sight and expected it to pop right off, but it won't budge. Am I missing a step? I don't want to get too crazy...
