Just got my new 700 LTR in .308 I will post details and pics this weekend. I will be going out to the range again on Saturday.
Had a little day light left today after getting the scope mounted. After sighting in at 100 yards, my first three shot group at that distance measured .78". The guy helping me get set up and spotting for me told me to go for the 8" gong at 500 yards. He told me what to dial in on my Mark 4 and first two shots were near misses. Made the corrections and next 4 shots all rang the gong. He then told me to try out my TMR reticle and hold over with it instead of dialing in. First shot using the mil lines rang it again. I love this rifle. I was shooting factory Fedral Premium 168gr match bullets. I hope Saturday gets here fast.
