I use LC alot heres my recipe 42.0 gr reloder15,168gr sierra bthp match, cci benchrest primer,
however, just about any will do,haven't found that much difference. c.o.l. 2.800 my 700 shoots
this load all day long under 1/2" best so far .317. I also kneck die using lee collet die. By the
way it works great with any brass and has been the best 308 load I have found period . It worked
in my cz, it worked in my vtr, and it works in my buddys savage tactical. Extremly consistant load.
Good velocity,no pressure problems.
I have the lee deluxe which has the collet die.

Have you used the rcms precision mic to adjust your dies?

Mine is about the same recipe however I use 43gr of RL15 with a Wolf LR primer and my 20" Tactical shoots under 1/2" groups. Best group so far is .450, but with the addition of the new HS Precision stock later this week will improve those numbers.
I reload LC '71 & '72. Premium brass.

I can still get .5" @ 100 and it's been reloaded 20+ times over the years without signs of failure.:D
