(Set up now) Weaver 30mm Tactical 6-Hole Weaver-Style Rings Matte Low with (front) Weaver Top-Mount Scope Base #35M & (rear) Weaver Top-Mount Scope Base #36M

I bought an EGW one piece tactical rail and it was awful. It brought my scope like over a 1/4 of an inch in the front & back (http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=147936).
I really din't like it my chick even didn't rest on the stock. This rail is to high even with low rings.

So what do you guys think?

Doesn't appear excessive to me,usually tactical or picatinny rails are a little taller, but if it doesn't
suit your cheek weld you may need to change back or find even lower rings.Weaver tactical rings
appear to be a little different in their sizing than some other companys, you might check the burris
rings?

Weaver low rings = Ring Height: .25" (measured from base of ring to bottom of scope tube)

Burris low rings = Ring Height: 1/4" (measured from base of ring to bottom of scope tube)
