Just discovered this forum and joined ...hoping to learn as much as I can about the new addition to the family Rem 700....in 30-06....don't know the particular model as I just picked it up at show in Orlando several weeks ago....had it out to the range and I do know it shoots well... I am a happy camper.....John

Welcome from another relative newbie. I shoot a .308, but I haven't heard a 700 owner of any caliber complain abiout his/her rifle. You're are going to like that sucker.

Glad to see your are happy with your rifle! Do you have some pics you can share? Will you be eventually hand loading for it?
