First post here though I know some of the names posting here already. The sight looks good. I'm sure I'll find the content to be good. If so, we'll grow together.
This is a very new build and it is not finished. A 10 round magazine and bottom metal are next. That may be the finish of it for now or I might go a muzzle brake and accurizing; depends on how well I or the rifle shoots which is yet to be determined.

How's it shoot you ask? Well, it's 3 weeks old and so is my long distance shooting career so I'll let you know in about 6 months. LOL.
I've shot several .6 MOA groups at 100 yards but I don't know if that was an accident or what. Anyway, while shooting at 100 yard targets, my pards are all ringing steel at 1000 yards. They seem to put up with me though and I'll be working out to 1000 soon as well.

Nice mate. 0.6MOA is nothing to laugh at. Thats some really good work. Looks like you have your technique down pat, not just more practice and the customisnt bug will hit you again. New barrel, trued action, custom trigger, etc. LOL.

Hey M-T that is a sweet rig you have there. That's a 1000 yard set up for sure.
Just work on your fundamentals, learn your bullets trajectory and 1000 yard
shots will come much quicker than you think. It's not as hard as you might think.
Reading the wind is the hardest part to get down but that will come with practice.
It's pretty cool when you do it and it sounds like you are well on your way.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Very nice weapons Mohave Tec and welcome to the board. This place is a wealth of information and very helpful members. I hear you on the heat! It's slated to be in the 100's today and tomorrow in the Sacramento area, but looks like we will be in the upper 80's in the middle of the week and I may jump on another range day then.

Well, as much as I like shotguns rifles are much more graceful and deliberate. Especially these.
