Hello from Maine. This looks to be a great site.
While this is not my first rifle it is my first "precision " rifle.I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can put some rounds down range.
The rifle is a SPS Varmint in .308 with a H-S Precision Varmint stock, TPS base and extra low rings, Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24x50 scope and Harris 9"-13" bipod. Not the fanciest rig on the block but it is probably capable of shooting better than I am.

I put a few through it just to get it on the paper and to hear it go boom. It was way to cold to try for any type of groups. 2 deg. fahrenheit I think that is about -17 centigrade. It was -9 with the wind chill.
Quick you are on Sniper Central also are you not?
That is another great site.

Welcome to the forums! That's a nice rifle! I think you will like that Bushnell scope. I have on my AR and it's great!
