First off welcome to the forum! Like you stated you have a .308 so it is indeed a short action. This is the first time I have see a stock like the one you are interested in. I'm curious as to what interested you in this selection. I see that the stock has an adjustable stock for length and a nifty pistol grip and has a tacticool look, but are you looking to mainly shoot from a bench or use it for hunting or both?
Looking at the site they do have a pulldown box to select a 700 BDL and another box to select short action so yes this will work on your rifle. Anyway good luck in yor stock selection.

it is pretty tacticool and thats part of my decision is why i kinda want to get it the reviews dont seem to bad and to answer your questions i do alot of long range big game hunting in idaho and i also love to bench shoot so im looking for something that will fit my needs thanks for the action info im not to familiar with the jargon but i am familiar with the 700 series as my father shot the same bdl for as long as i can remember the better part of my 20 year life

If the description is accurate it seems like a good solid stock with some good features for not a lot of money. It's not my personal cup of tea in the looks department but I just got to the point were I can live with a stock that didn't start out as part of a walnut tree.
You might check EBay out as an option. I got my H-S Precision stock there for $200.00.
