A week or so ago a Rem 700 that I have long sought to acquire arrived at my home. Remington's (USMC Scout Sniper Association endorsed ) reproduction of the Vietnam War era M40. I wrote a lengthy review and range report which I posted to my ( commercial free ) blog which I write for a hobby. If you would like to read the review please see the article here: Review ? Nice review!!! Liking the WWII rifle pic too! :)

I see you use a slab style muscle brake on one of the rifles. How do you like it?

Thanks for the feedback. The slab side "Muscle" brand muzzle brake works great but, honestly, it is on a Rem .260 so it really is more for looks than anything else :) You will note that I shoot my .300 WM without a brake LOL.

I have one on my .308 it tames down real good. When I rebarrel my 300wm I will buy one for it. But enough of the brake talk hahaha! Do you have reviews on the WWII rifles?

Not yet I don't but I will write one in the next few weeks. I have a couple of other stories to get done first.
