ive been researching up on this for a while now, and i know for sure next up i want to buy a new stock. just wondering if anybody has any insight on affordable stocks (particularly m24/m40 style) that are compatible or at least need minimal modifications for fitment with a magazine conversion bottom metal? (besides the accuracy international stock...at the moment that is WAY out of my price range)

the type of bottom metals i have been looking at are all independent made, but seem to get some good praise by their buyers...

if you guys have any suggestions on other types of combos, i'd like to know too..

it would be nice to be able to kill two birds with one stone and have the stock i want which will be an easy job to install the new bottom metal whenever i do get it...

thanks

Yesterday I ordered a Bell & Carlson Tactical Medalist M40 stock from Stocky's.

Their staff assured me the Wyatt's set-up I have would be a drop in.

The Hogue stock needed minimal material removal at the front mag well corners to accept the conversion
ohh exactly what i was looking for...only thing stopping me is that its single-stack so i'd assume that if it was a 10 rounder it would look too long for the rifle and make it awkward to shoot off a bench or something...i'll look for some reviews though
