I really don't even know how to explain this one...but it looks awesome, and the results seemed to be repeatable, so I'll take it!!!!

Results using On-Target software:
RTT: 200 yards
Bottom group - 3 rounds (yes, 3) - 0.294" CTC (.14moa)
Top group - 3 rounds - 0.553" CTC (.264moa)

POI changed due to adding 6 clicks of elevation between groups.

Rem 700 SPS Varmint
Nikon Buckmaster 6-18x40 mildot
Federal GMM 168gr

Outside temp: 71F
Wind: <5 mph

Here is another target from yesterday's outing. I was trying to replicate the previous two groups to see if the rifle was really that accurate.

Bottom right is my 3rd round. I reset and concentrated to get the 4th back up with the first two. Even at that, the end result was a 1.24" group (0.59 moa). Eliminating the "flier" (I think that was my fault) this would have been a 0.68" (.32 moa) group.

Is the SPS-V really that accurate? I know it's not shooter skill...I usually missed the 300m pop-up with my M-16, so I sure didn't expect to see these kinds of groups my first time at 200y. Sort of excited and confused at the same time....
