this is just my option. I am not familiar with the TriggerTech but I did look at the design and the recall notice. I would have to look deeper into the details of the roller design to personally get comfortable with it. But as for the recall it is specific to the use of a specific material and production run. It does not appear to be related to the actual design. I would not let the trigger recall affect my opinion of the trigger, based on the description of what led to the recall.
Any trigger can suffer mechanical failure. Some triggers like the Remington Walker trigger are more prone to failure than others and in the Walker trigger for no apparent benefit.
